As an open-source veteran and blockchain infrastructure expert, Alessio brings over 15 years of experience in traditional finance, decentralized systems, and compliance-ready Web3 technologies.Before joining Yellow, Alessio served as CTO at Jur AG and Ignite Global (formerly Tendermint), where he launched modular blockchain solutions - including a Polkadot SDK-based solochain, and implemented agile engineering practices across global teams. He also held senior technology leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on regulatory reporting and infrastructure systems across EMEA.
