Chris Follows

Chris Follows is a UK-based artist, exploring the creative relationships between hand-made, generative code and AI Art. His unique mesh painting process has evolved over the past two decades from acrylic paint to virtual reality, bespoke AI datasets, and using AI as creative assistant for p5.js and SVG generative code. Chris is a Senior Educational Developer at the University of the Arts London, leading the integration of Emerging Technologies in arts practice. Since 2017, he has curated several creative tech events at Tate Modern and Tate Britain, most recently delivering a month-long AI residency in collaboration with Tate, UAL, Goldsmiths and Anthropic. Chris' Mesh Paintings have been exhibited at the National Maritime Museum, Cork Street, London, NFT Paris, Beeple studio, NFT NYC, and NFC Lisbon. His digital mesh paintings can be found in web3 collections across multiple blockchains.
