In 2008 Damian founded Adglow, one of the first social ad tech platforms, which was acquired in 2016 and grew to 350 people across 17 markets under his leadership. Nowadays he can be found building and investing in early-stage tech startups as COO at Founders Factory. He’s currently working on projects in deeptech, climate, fintech, health, and web3 and will tell you about them at length given half a chance.He thinks he’s got the best job in the world.
