Lukas Enzersdorfer-Konrad

Lukas Enzersdorfer-Konrad is the Deputy CEO of Bitpanda and the CEO of Bitpanda Technology Solutions, the company’s B2B arm offering one of Europe’s most scalable “Investing-as-a-Service” platforms.With an MSc in Banking & Finance, Lukas brings a rare blend of institutional banking expertise and deep digital product knowledge. Prior to his current role, Lukas served as Bitpanda’s Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw company-wide strategy, product development, UX, engineering, and market expansion. During this time, he led the launch of Bitpanda’s SaaS infrastructure platform from the ground up, scaled its regulated financial product offerings (including crypto-linked Exchange Traded Notes), and drove the acquisition of Bitpanda Custody through M&A. He also played a central role in expanding Bitpanda’s footprint into key European markets such as France, Italy, and Spain.Earlier in his career, Lukas held senior positions in corporate and retail banking, where he led large-scale digital transformation programs and developed end-to-end strategies for financial platforms.Under his leadership, Bitpanda Technology Solutions has enabled banks, fintechs, and traditional financial institutions to integrate digital asset infrastructure quickly, securely, and in full compliance with regulatory standards. Today, he continues to shape Bitpanda’s vision for regulated, user-centric digital finance in Europe and beyond - positioning the company at the intersection of traditional finance and on-chain infrastructure.
