Natalia Łątka

Natalia is an EU-qualified lawyer specializing in crypto regulation. She currently serves as Head of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at ComPilot - an orchestration layer for crypto compliance tools, often seen as the "CompliancePps" layer for crypto, and at Nexera Network, which focuses on compliance, tokenization, and standardization through modular infrastructure.In her role, Natalia advises on policy strategy, leads regulatory engagement to help shape effective frameworks, and actively represents industry interests at major bodies. She also bridges the gap between policy and product, turning regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for product development teams.Previously, she was Director of Policy and Regulation at Merkle Science and a crypto compliance researcher at TRM Labs, gaining broad exposure to global regulatory regimes and the diverse compliance challenges across customer segments. Earlier in her career, Natalia worked in traditional finance as part of the financial crime team at UBS.
