Natalie Hirsch is a finance and operations leader with more than fifteen years of experience across fintech, enterprise software, and e-commerce. As CFO of Polymath, she manages financial strategy, risk, and operations. She is also Interim CEO at AnalytixInsight, supporting alignment and growth as companies advance work in regulated digital assets. Natalie previously held senior roles at Coinsquare, where she helped the platform become Canada’s first CIRO-registered broker-dealer and alternative trading system. She is a CPA, MBA, and PMP, and is known for her clear, data-based decision-making and steady leadership through growth phases. Natalie’s background combines finance, project delivery, and operational execution to help companies navigate complex regulatory environments and scale with discipline.
